Unlike freestanding furniture, casework is typically hosted to a wall or floor and modeled as fixed built-in work, common in kitchens, bathrooms, and joinery-heavy interior fit-outs. It's tracked separately from Furniture in schedules since it's usually procured and installed by a different trade.
