Acceptance of terms

Using the Revit Monsters site and its services constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

The site provides Revit video courses, a practice-project bank, portfolio submission with review and grading, a Q&A system, a file library and a community. Some content is paid and some is free.

Your account is personal - and non-transferable

Your account is for your personal use only. Sharing login credentials, selling or transferring course access to another person is prohibited. To enforce this we record sign-in data (IP address and device type) as described in the Privacy Policy.

Use of one account by more than one person may lead to a warning and, if repeated, to suspension or termination of the account without refund.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity in your account.

Purchases, cancellations and refunds

Course prices are shown on the site and include VAT where applicable. Payment grants a personal license to access the course content - not ownership of it.

Cancellations follow the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981: a distance-selling transaction may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, provided a substantial part of the course content has not been consumed. To cancel, use the contact page.

Intellectual property

All course content - videos, practice files, texts, templates and the site design - is the property of Revit Monsters or its licensors and is protected by copyright.

Recording, downloading (beyond files the site offers for download), copying, distributing or republishing course content is prohibited. Course videos carry a viewer-identifying watermark.

Free library files may be used in your own projects - personal or commercial - but not redistributed as files.

Content you upload

By posting a question, an answer or a project submission you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content within the site (for example in the Q&A feed or the featured-work gallery). You confirm your content does not infringe third-party rights.

We may remove offensive, infringing or inappropriate content at our discretion.

Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued automatically when all course lessons are completed, in the account holder's name only, and carries a verification ID. It attests to course completion and is not a governmental or academic credential.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. We strive for maximum availability but do not guarantee fault-free operation. Our total liability shall in any case not exceed the amount you actually paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event.

Content is provided for learning purposes. Applying it in real projects is your own professional responsibility.

Termination and changes

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be announced on the site. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district.
