Fascia is placed by selecting roof or eave edges and follows their geometry automatically, the same way a Wall Sweep follows a wall's path - move or reshape the roof and the fascia updates with it. A Gutter is typically added the same way, hosted directly to the fascia rather than to the roof itself.
