A Fire Strategy Report is produced early in design by a fire engineer, setting out how the building's layout, means of escape, compartmentation, and fire-safety systems work together to meet Building Regulations Part B. It's a living document, updated as the design develops, and increasingly expected to be traceable through a project's Golden Thread on higher-risk buildings.
