You define the inputs (say, a site boundary and a program of rooms), the goals (maximize daylight, minimize travel distance), and the constraints, and generative design produces a range of viable layouts ranked against those goals - letting a team explore far more options than manual iteration would allow. It builds on the same underlying computational-design engine as Dynamo, but is packaged as a guided, goal-driven workflow rather than open-ended visual scripting.
