A British specification classifying how reliably underground utilities (pipes, cables) have been surveyed and located, from desktop research up to verified physical exposure. PAS 128 defines quality levels (D through A, A being the most certain) for utility survey data, so a model showing an existing gas main can carry an explicit confidence rating - critical before excavation or foundation work begins near services nobody has physically verified.
