The document setting out how a project or organization will check that its work meets the required standard, usually aligned with ISO 9001. It defines who checks what, how often, and against which standard - inspection and test plans, model quality checks, and sign-off procedures all sit underneath it. On a BIM project this usually includes explicit model quality review steps alongside the traditional physical inspections.
