Managing the flow of materials backward through the supply chain - from a deconstructed building back to a factory or a new project - for reuse or recycling. Ordinary supply chain management moves materials from factory to site; reverse logistics is the same discipline running the other way, and it's usually the harder direction to make economically viable.
