PAS 2035 sets out the process a domestic Retrofit project must follow - a whole-house assessment first, a coordinated design across all the measures being installed, and monitoring after completion - to avoid the unintended consequences (damp, poor ventilation) that piecemeal retrofit work has caused in the past. It's now a requirement for government-funded retrofit schemes in the UK.
