A widely used family of standard international construction contract forms (Red Book, Yellow Book, Silver Book), especially common on cross-border and international projects outside the UK/US. Each FIDIC "book" fits a different procurement model - the Red Book suits traditional Design-Bid-Build with an employer-designed project, the Yellow Book suits Design and Build, and the Silver Book suits EPC/turnkey projects - so which one a contract references says a lot about who carries design risk before a single clause is even read.
