A CDM-mandated document collecting the safety-relevant information a future owner, maintainer, or contractor needs to work on the building safely. Hazards that were designed out get recorded here too - if a structural element contains asbestos, or a roof has no permanent fall-arrest anchor points, this is the document that has to say so, following that information from design through the entire operational life of the building.
