The built-in alerts Revit raises when something in the model is geometrically or logically questionable - overlapping walls, elements at the wrong level, rooms that aren't fully enclosed - without actually blocking the user from continuing to work. A small number of warnings is normal on any active project; a model with thousands of accumulated, ignored Warnings is usually a sign of deeper, unaddressed coordination or quality problems.

Reviewing and triaging the warnings list periodically - fixing what is real, understanding and dismissing what is a false positive - is a standard part of the model-health checks a BIM Coordinator runs before a milestone or handover.
