The most advanced dimension. 10D BIM integrates prefabrication and modular construction data (off-site manufacturing tolerances, delivery logistics, assembly sequences) and feeds into a Digital Twin - a live virtual replica of the building that continues to receive real-world data from sensors long after construction is complete.
Note: 3D through 7D are widely adopted and standardized. 8D–10D are increasingly used but not yet uniformly defined across all standards bodies.
