Instead of designing a building and then figuring out how to build it, you design for off-site manufacturing from the start: modular elements, prefabricated MEP racks, ready-made bathroom pods - factory-produced to high precision and rapidly assembled on site. BIM is a precondition here: the model must reach fabrication-level accuracy (LOD 400) so the factory can work directly from it.
