The model that reflects what was actually built - not what was designed. Construction always brings changes: a pipe route moves, a beam is raised, a wall shifts. The as-built model captures all of them, often verified against laser scans of the finished building (Scan to BIM).

It is the basis for the AIM and facility management - you cannot maintain a building from a model that does not tell the truth.
