A landlord's claim against a tenant for the cost of restoring a leased space to its required condition at the end of the lease. A model or survey documenting the space's condition at lease start versus lease end is the practical evidence behind a dilapidations claim - the same reality-capture and scan-to-BIM techniques used for new-building as-built surveys apply here too, just at the other end of the tenancy.
