Defined by the U.S. Institute of Building Documentation, Level of Accuracy grades reality-capture data (like scan-to-BIM output) by measured tolerance - how close the model geometry is to as-built reality - which is a genuinely different question from Level of Development's "how much information does this element carry." A highly detailed element can still have low positional accuracy, and vice versa.
