The physical, completed building or piece of infrastructure that a project delivers - the real-world counterpart to its Asset Information Model. "Built asset" is the vocabulary ISO 19650 uses for the actual structure once it exists, as distinct from the information models describing it. The term shows up throughout asset-management and handover discussions specifically to keep "the building" and "the model of the building" from being confused with each other.
