Within a BIM task team (as set out in ISO 19650 and BS 1192), the Task Information Manager plans and directs the day-to-day production of information, ensures the team follows the project's naming conventions and standards, and reviews information before it is shared for coordination. Distinct from the wider Information Manager role, which operates at the whole-project level rather than within a single task team.
